Cancellation & Refund Policy:

If a guest decides to cancel the tour, a written cancellation request must be submitted along with the original booking receipt within the specified time period. Cancellation charges will be applied as per the following terms:

• 0 to 15 days before departure: 100% of the Net Tour Price per person will be charged.

• 15 to 30 days before departure: 75% of the Net Tour Price per person will be charged.

• 31 to 45 days before departure: 50% of the Net Tour Price per person will be charged.

• 46 to 365 days before departure: 25% of the Net Tour Price or ₹10,000 per person (whichever is higher) will be charged.

Refund Process
If a refund is applicable after deducting the cancellation charges, the remaining amount will be transferred to the bank account provided by the guest. Please allow up to 5 working days after processing for the refund to reflect in your account.
 

Tour Cancellation by The Fortune Travels
In rare situations where The Fortune Travels cancels a tour due to extraordinary circumstances, guests will receive a full refund of the amount paid upon submission of the original receipt.

However, the company will not be responsible for any additional compensation, loss, or expenses incurred by the guest due to such cancellation.​​​​​​​
